He specialize in a holistic approach that integrates psychological, physical, and physiological aspects to address issues such as couple therapy, marriage counselling, relationship problems, break-ups problem,depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder(PTSD), stress management,ADHD etc. He is trained in mindfulness-based cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and client-centered therapy, and he tailor his therapeutic methods to meet the unique needs of each client to improvise therapies according to the needs of the client. Believing that psychology of an individual plays central role in both our strengths and challenges, he is committed to using a comprehensive approach to help individuals overcome obstacles and lead peaceful, productive lives.
