and arguments with those you are locked down with.
Management is the process of setting and reaching objectives in an efficient
manner. Management is the art of getting things done. Having effective
management skills includes time management, being organised, and using
resources effectively.
You might be feeling that your work is getting hampered due to your inability
to manage effectively. Here are a few helpful tips for effective management
that shall be practised:
Work is worship and should not be considered a burden. Put all your heart into
your work. Your work is not only fetching you money but also keeps you
occupied enough leaving you with lesser time to panic.
Working from home could be a real stressor as the house might not provide you
with the work environment that you need. Don’t sit depressed due to this
rather try changing the area where you work or try to be away from television.
Your dining table or even your balcony can be your temporary office.
If you feel your teammates are not cooperating, talk to them. If you feel your
subordinates are not reporting on time talk to them. If your manager/
supervisor is putting too much pressure on you talk to him/her. Don’t assume
things effective communication will always bring clarity and will make things
smooth for you and others.
Don’t keep delaying your work just because it’s not due immediately.
Procrastination is common especially when you are in your comfort zone but
don’t let it affect t your work and productivity.
If you find it difficult to achieve targets or accomplish a goal, you may
divide it into various small sub-goals. Sub-goals won’t only help you to
achieve your target but also assist you in keeping a check on your progress.

Be patient with your family members
Your aged granny or even parents might not be able to provide you personal
space and keep interfering but don’t burst at them. All they want is your
wellness.
REMEMBER! You are not the only one who is overwhelmed by the situation. Your
co-workers might also be going through a lot. Keep checking on each other and
support each other not just about work updates.
Stay inside, stay safe!
